Engagement model

How an engagement works

Marketing Studio One is not a self-serve subscription yet. It is built through direct engagements, starting with a scoped pilot, because we build the product by proving it against one real business before generalizing it further.

Two tenant roles

You own the data. We operate where useful.

Org

Organization

Your business. Every campaign, asset, and budget record belongs to your organization, and you own the data. Imports and exports are part of the engagement, not a lock-in.

Ag

Agency

Aditi, operating the platform on your behalf where useful (strategy discovery, content production, reporting) without ever taking over your budget-approval authority. You approve your own spend, always.

How a pilot is scoped

A pilot starts narrow, deliberately

1

Content and reporting first

Voice-note or brief intake from your team, then drafted brand-voice-locked content across the formats that matter for your funnel, then reporting against the metrics you already track.

2

No premature platform commitment

No full budget layer, and no channel-connector write access beyond what your engagement needs, until the narrow slice proves out.

3

Priced as a services engagement

Not a software license, because the platform is still being built. Site provisioning and setup, if your website needs it, is a distinct one-time line item.

What we ask of you

Honest information about your current funnel, existing assets, and target audience, the same intake a real marketing strategist would ask for, so the pilot is grounded in your actual numbers, not a generic template.

What happens after a pilot

If the pilot validates, the engagement scales into a fuller Marketing Studio One deployment for your organization. If it does not, you keep whatever content and reporting assets were produced, with no further obligation.
