What Marketing Studio One does

Every capability below is labeled honestly: Built (working today, proven on Aditi’s own brand or in the pilot) or Roadmap (designed, not yet shipped). We would rather you know the difference than guess.

Concept mockups and vision previews below. Not screenshots of a finished product.

Roadmap · architecture locked

Campaign management

A named grouping of assets, channels, and a budget slice under one strategy (draft, scheduled, active, paused, completed) with a rolled-up ROI and leads view per campaign, not per channel.

Content generation, brand-voice-locked

The article pipeline (ingest, classify, draft, translate, SEO, publish) is live and running Aditi’s own brand content today, not a demo. Social posts, carousels, and ad copy extend the same pipeline. Video stays a tracked human workflow (brief, shoot, edit, approve, publish) rather than synthetic generation, deliberately, for trust-sensitive categories like healthcare.

Cross-channel attribution

Every channel touch (an ad impression, a WhatsApp message, an email open, a walk-in logged by promo code) becomes a timestamped event tied to one Contact/Customer record. Cost-per-lead and cost-per-conversion become queries over your own event stream, not a vendor’s black-box report. Offline and print channels are covered too.

Social scheduling

Cross-platform post scheduling from the same brand-voice-tagged asset library, with connector-level read access for engagement and reach reporting from day one.

Roadmap · fixed template library first

Automation and journey engine

A small, fixed set of trigger sequences aimed at the most common, highest-cost failure in lead-driven businesses: leads that expire before anyone follows up. Lead-uncalled escalation, post-visit follow-up, and nurture drips ship first. A fully general visual journey builder is a deliberate later-stage build, not a first-release promise.

Team collaboration

Every asset carries an assignee and a comment thread, not just a status flag. Built for the reality of an agency executing on behalf of a client who needs visibility into who is doing what, and the ability to comment on drafts directly.

QR-triggered reviews and testimonials

A QR code at the moment of service completion opens an AI-drafted review, editable by the customer. For Google Business reviews, this hands off to Google’s own review composer (Google’s terms do not allow auto-posting on someone’s behalf). For first-party website testimonials, the flow is one-tap publish, consent-gated.

Architecture

Built on an honest architecture, not a features list

Every feature above is designed against one underlying record graph (Contact/Customer, Strategy, Campaign, Asset, Budget, Touch/event) rather than as a pile of disconnected modules. It is the same discipline that lets an AI agent reason across your whole funnel instead of one channel at a time.
